QA Trainee Meetup: Your First Steps in IT
Andersen invites you to an online trainee meetup on building a practical QA career roadmap — useful for beginners and for anyone who wants clearer direction in today’s fast-changing quality-assurance market.
The programme includes sessions such as “The QA Competency Matrix in the Age of AI” (Artsiom Rusau, QA Tutor) and “From Trainee to QA Tester: Your First Steps in IT” (Alesia Kulagina, Recruiter, Trainee Department), with time for questions and discussion.
You will also learn how Andersen traineeships work: real projects, mentoring, and the possibility of a job offer after successful completion. Language: Russian. Format: online only.

Trainee Meetup: Graphic Design in IT – Tools & Key Specifics
Andersen invites you to a free trainee meetup on the role of a graphic designer in IT: real tasks, workflows, and tools used at a large software company, and how designers work with marketers, developers, and other specialists. The session also covers key skills, portfolio tips, and career paths for starting a traineeship in IT.

Metro Hackathon 2026
With the initiative of Baku Metro CJSC, registrations are now open for Metro Hackathon 2026 — a unique 3-day innovation challenge focused on using Artificial Intelligence to improve metro operations, reduce congestion, and optimize passenger flow.
Participants will work with real metro data to develop solutions for real-world challenges such as crowd management, smart escalator systems, passenger flow prediction, platform optimization, and digital twin modeling.
Participants will compete for valuable prizes, gain mentorship from industry experts, and connect with talented peers.
